 When you place an order, we need your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order as well as to notify you of your order status. Your credit card information will remain confidential.

Payment Methods: You may choose to pay with your PAYPAL account or with your credit card or debit card. 

Our choice for credit card processing is  PAYPAL, which provides the highest security available on the Internet today. Remember you do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.

With PAYPAL secure processing you do not need to relay your credit card number to us over the Internet.

 Sales Tax: Virginia residents are charged 5% sales tax on all purchases.

SHIPPING RATE 

 Our Default shipping system is United States Postal Service. Up to 13oz. packages shipped First Class. Items over 13 ounces are sent via UPS Ground and may take a few days longer. only in continental USA. 

Please allow 2-3 days (less weekends) to process your order and then additional time for shipping. 

You should receive your order within a week via USPS First Class Mail (up to 13 oz. packages) or Priority Mail if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. 

Items heavier than 4lbs for do not qualify for free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. For shipments over 3 lbs for these addresses please email us at vacuums24x7@gmail.com to arrange shipping.

  CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned.  Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.    

OUR RETURN POLICY:

IMPORTANT:  WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

Any unopened package, any uninstalled non-electrical part such as roller brushes, attachments like dust brush, crevice tool etc, unopened bags, unopened and uninstalled belts, uninstalled tool lids, plastic housing or body parts, cord hooks etc. If you have ordered one of these by mistake simply return it, within 14 days to Potomac Vacuums, 21770 Beaumeade Circle Unit 110, Ashburn VA 20147.

However returned items are subject to a charge of $5 or 20% of purchase price re-stocking fee.

Shipping charges are (naturally) non- refundable.

Upon inspection of a returned part we will issue a refund in 10 days.

If a return is made on merchandise, which was shipped free of

charge (REMEMBER!  if the cost is over $ 100.00 we ship free) we charge a flat rate

of $ 9.50 to recover shipping charge in addition to re-stocking fee. 

Opened merchandise cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns on installed roller brushes and belts. (Sorry!) 

IMPORTANT:  WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

Absolutely no returns on vacuum cleaners, electrical parts, such as switches, pumps, motors, etc. 

Important Disclaimer: Please note that all the motors, pumps and electrical components (switches, electrical hoses, relays, circuit boards etc) we ship are factory brand new parts. Therefore we do not accept return on these items. If you encounter a problem you should contact manufacturers warranty service centers...

We had to install this policy (and emphasize it as above) because in the past years several customers attempted to return their old, burned, used parts as wrong items. Others, without proper technical knowledge installed wrongly and burned and claimed that we shipped a defected parts. Few others used the part for a while and decided to return a used part with a claim that they received a defected part. Therefore we designed and implement above policy with no exception.

WHAT IF WE SHIPPED THE WRONG PART ?

     Please note that we spent our utmost and diligent efforts to

make our descriptions clear, precise and understandable. We also carefully

package and ship every item directly from our warehouse. However, if the

return is made because of an error we made we will immediately exchange it or we will give you 100% refund if requested. 

For these returns you MUST obtain RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

 Please send an e-mail to vacuums24x7@gmail.com to obtain an RA number.  

Please include your name, order number and reason why you are returning the part.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We have made every effort to display captions and pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographic error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

REFUSED ORDERS & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Any orders refused or orders could not be delivered because of a wrong address, no mail receptacle, no proper mail box etc. are subject to restocking fee plus twice the amount of shipping cost.
